Burn the Fat, Feed
the Muscle is a weight loss program that was been
developed by the natural bodybuilder, Tom Venuto. While
there are a number of programs out there to help you lose
fat, some of these programs do not work and as a result
many people have become skeptical about all of the weight
loss programs. However, this should not be one of those
programs to be skeptical of.
The program itself
comes as a 340-page book entitled Burn the Fat, Feed the
Muscle (BFFM). This book features no promises of
substantial weight loss. It does not even tell you that
there are any secret methods to losing the weight through
the program. While many other programs make promises of
weight loss and state they have “Secret Methods” to lose
that weight, this one differs from that
principal.
What’s In
The Book?
More like a
textbook than a weight loss scheme, the Burn the Fat,
Feed the Muscle program focuses on the underlying
sciences of the human body and how to lose the weight the
natural way. Naturally speaking, the human body is
considered to be one of the most efficient machines in
existence and as such, focusing on how this machine works
and striving to keep it as functional as possible will
provide dramatic results when it comes to losing
weight.
PRO:

information from nutrition to weight and strength
training, this program can help you to set your goals
properly as well as obtain them through dedication to the
program.
CON:
This is not one of
those “Quick Fix” or “Miracle” weight loss programs and
as a matter of fact, Tom Venuto states on a number of
occasions that losing the weight is not an easy task and
it requires some serious commitment. This means that it
is not suitable for everyone. This program requires more
effort and time. This is a rather heavy duty weight loss
program so unless you are serious about working out, this
program may be a bit too much for you.
VERDICT:
All in all, it is
important to know if you can stick to a more rigorous
exercise program to lose weight.
This program is a solid
exercising program that will no doubt help you lose
weight but you will have to decide if your lifestyle and
preference fit into this program.
Once you find what works best for
you, you will be able to stick to it easier and obtain
your goal weight loss.
