Fat Loss
4 Idiots Review
Rating:

An online weight
loss program which is growing in popularity quite
quickly is the Fat Loss 4 Idiots program. With a claim of
9 pounds of weight loss every 11 days, many people say
that this program has the earmarks of a scam but in
reality it is not. Following the naming concept of the
most selling technical books, the coining of someone as
an “Idiot” is sort of a deterrent at first, but taking
your time to look at the program closer, you will find
that it is named as such due to its basic level of
explanations that anyone can understand without the need
for a dictionary.
What’s In The
Program?
The concept behind
this program is known as shifting calories. What shifting
calories is, is that based on your own personal eating
habits, you can define how your body is capable of
burning the calories you consume. As a result, your body
is able to anticipate the foods that you will be eating
over the next week or so and by simply breaking this
habit of the same foods everyday can result in a spurt in
your metabolic process.
From there, it is
important to look at your actual diet. Using the
program’s diet generator in which you will be able to
enter you goals for weight loss as well as your
preference in foods, the generator will be able to create
a diet plan especially for you. Regardless as to whether
you are a vegetarian or not, you can use the generator to
create you a diet plan for the next 11 days. The ultimate
goal of the Fat Loss 4 Idiots weight loss program is the
concept of tricking your body’s metabolism to increase by
switching up your regular diet routine.
PRO:
It is simple to
use, there is no need to count calories and you can start
your diet in 15 minutes. There is no need to read through
lengthy books or watch DVDs.
CON:
Now in reality,
the biggest downfall of the program is that 9 pound loss
every 11 days. This amount of weight loss is not healthy
and it won’t really happen. What does happen is that
during the first week or so, since a portion of your
excess weight is retained water, this water is shed
quickly during the first couple weeks and as a result you
can attain these levels. However, you will not be able to
stay at this pace as once the excess water retention is
lost, you will most likely level off at about 5 pound
maximum every 11 days which is still
good.
VERDICT:
This program is
good for quick weight loss for a start. However, if you
want sustained weight loss, you will still need to
incorporate some form of exercise to your routine. A more
balanced program that bridges diet and exercise would be
Truth About Abs. I’ve had very good success with Truth
About Abs for long term weight loss.
