it is considered by many to be one of the best fitness

CON:
The book’s
thoroughness can be a weakness because it was rather
lengthy for me. (I’m impatient!) Also, there are other
bonus materials that came with it so it was a little of
an overload. I feel that the main book was sufficient for
me to get the results I’m looking for.
