Where did the fat come from?

beverages like softdrinks, chocolate drinks and beer. You need
to get an extremely active lifestyle to be able to burn out
accumulation of nutrients from such substances.

exercise has been noted to almost always lead to fat stomach.

physical exercises.

if you want to attain trimmer stomach.
What causes
stomach fat should be noted and avoided if you do not intend to
look like a bulging hog. If you do not aim to lose your fat
belly for aesthetic reasons, consider doing the task for health
